"Joe is by far the best personal trainer I've ever had- and I've had a few in the past! He is always punctual for appointments, and has a great gym set up at his house. He is very knowledgeable, and safety when working out is always a top priority for him! He always knows just how hard to push me so that I get the most out of my workout. It has been my pleasure to work with Joe as my trainer for the past year and a half. Following significant back surgery, it was very important for me to regain body strength, particularly in the core, but at the same time not re-injure my back. Joe was recommended by a friend as someone who would push me, but in a way that was positive and not like a drill sergeant. I would say that describes Joe to a "T"- he makes me work but always is concerned about " how is the back", "did that feel OK?" etc. Joe is great at encouraging his clients to stretch and I particularly like the fact that it seems he has at least eight different exercises to work the same muscle group. This keeps the workouts varied and interesting.

Finally, Joe is just a good guy to spend an hour with. He is good at reading moods and sometimes we talk, sometimes we don't but he makes the time pass in a pleasant way.(Even though your muscle will burn at the end of one of his workouts!)

In conclusion, I'm happy to recommend Joe highly, without reservations!

Joe has been my trainer for over a year and I can not say enough good things about him. He is always punctual, upbeat, and encouraging. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to guide in a safe and productive way. And probably most important in a trainer is that he is a fantastic guy and fun to work with. He has also helped my wife, Julie, get back into shape after having a baby. Book a session with him, tell him what you want to accomplish, and he will set about helping you achieve that goal.
